Heat oven to 400. Scrub potatoes and leave skins on. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then into 1/8 inch slices.
Place in large bowl and drizzle with oil; toss to coat potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and toss to distribute evenly. Arrange potatoes in single layer on a large baking sheet.
Bake, turning once or twice, until tender and golden (about 20 minutes).
