6) Stir together the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
7) Cream the butter and rest of the sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
8) Fold in the flour, milk and coconut mix.
9) Transfer the mixture into the 3 tins, level the tops and bake for 25 inutes or until the tops spring back when pressed.
10) Cool on a wire rack.
