     Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
6 large potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 stick margarine
 

Instructions
Pare potatoes and cut up. In slide lock bag, combine flour and cheese. Melt margarine in 13x9 inch pan. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in flour/cheese mixture in the bag. Spread into pan, turning with spatula until margarine coats the potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes. Serves 5-6.
