Season the pork (corn starch, 1 cap of rice wine,
soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper. Stir fry the pork
first till its medium-well done, take out
Stir fry mushroom with garlic and oil--add nappa
and bamboo (sliced). Stir fry for 2 mins. Add
sticky rice and stir fry for 2 mins. add 1 can of
chicken broth. (the sticky rice eats up a lot of
water. so it'll soak in most or all of the chicken
broth. you'll need to continue to toss it so the
sticky rice doesn't stick to the wok. you may even
need to add more water...)
- add pork
add soy sauce and oyster sauce
-lastly, top with green onions
