     Homemade Oreos

Ingredients
2 pkgs devils food cake mix
1 1/4 c shortening
4 eggs
3 c powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick (1/2 c) margarine
1 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until sticky. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet.
In medium bowl mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Frost the cookies, make an oreo, and enjoy!
Refrigerate.

these are like 10 times better after sitting overnight in the fridge! -)
