     Chocolate Pear Tart

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup plain flour
1/3 cup caster sugar
175 g butter
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp water
125 g ground almond
2 eggs
 
125 butter softened
95 g caster sugar
185 g dark chocolate
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients to make pastry
Mix second five ingredients to make chocolate filling
Layer slices of canned pear on top of pastry. Top with chocolate filling. Bake for 30 minutes 180 C
