Ingredients
500grams cous cous
2 medium red onion
6 cloves garlic
4 chopped sundried tomatoes
large tablespoon of preserved lemons (pulp)
1/3 block of butter
 

Instructions
Fry the onions in the butter in medium to low heat until yellow. Add the onions and continu fry until soften. Add the tomatoes and lemon and warm through.
Cook the cous cous as per the box. At the end, pour in the fried stuff and mix well.
