     Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Pound Fresh Shrimp, deveined and peeled
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1.4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Tablespooon Sesame Seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
6 Green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
 
3 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Pound Fresh Sugar Snap Peas
1/8 Cup Cornstarch
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
4 Cups Cooked Brown Rice

Instructions
Combine shrimp, ginger, cayenne, pepper, garlice, sesame seeds, black pepper and sesame seeds in a large plastic food storage bag and toss to coat.
heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add bell pepper and green onions, cook 3 minutes. ass Teriyaki sauce, peas and shrimp with seasonings. Saute 4 minutes.
Stir in corn starch into broth and add to skillet/wok. Stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat.
Serve shrimp and vegetables over hot rice.
