     World's Best Ice Cream

Ingredients
Four Quart Freezer-
5 eggs, beaten
3 cans evaporated milk (I use Pet brand)
3- cups sugar (adjust to taste)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
whole milk
Five Quart Freezer-
6 eggs, beaten
 
3 1/2 cans evaporated milk (I use Pet brand)
4 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
whole milk

Instructions
Put all ingredients in ice cream freezer except for the whole milk Mix
Add whole milk up to the fill line indicated on your ice cream freezer Close up freezer, put ice/salt around sides (per your ice cream freezer directions), and start freezer
Typically takes ~45 minutes with my freezer Creamier if you stir ice cream once or time while freezing
If still not frozen after ~45 minutes, put in in your freezer to finish freezing
Serving Suggestions
We like it plain, but have relatives that put fruit in when making
