Combine soy sauce with rice wine, garlic, hcile flakes and olive oil. Add chicken breasts and toss lightly to coat. Coverwith plastic wrap and refrigerate one hour or longer.
Preheat grill or non-stick pan. Brush with olive oil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until chicken is opaque throughout. Slice thinly.
