Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thick. Put eggs in a wide flat bowl and beat, add milk to them. In another bowl add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and Italian spices. Dip the chicken into the egg/milk bowl and then into the bread crumbs. Put the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken breasts that have been coated until both sides are browned.

Pour some sauce into a 9x13 baking pan and put the cooked chicken in it. You can add a second layer of chicken but put a layer of sauce and parmesan cheese over the bottom layer before you start another layer of chicken. When all are on the baking pan, put a layer of sauce, mozzerella and parmesan cheese. Bake covered for 30 minutes uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta with garlic bread and a salad.
