Pre-heat oven to 160C. Take the frozen beef brikett and rub with the dry herbs. Lightly oil the base of a pot and place the briskett.
Pour over the BBQ sauce. Make sure all sides are covered. Place lid on the pot (or cover tight with foil) and leave in the oven for at least 3.5 hours.
Remove the pot from the oven, leave it to cool for 15 minutes. There should be lots of nice thick gravy produced. Then remove the brisket and slice thinly. Place it back into the pot and mix with the gravy.
Serve with mash.
