Break graham crackers in half & spread cool whip over one piece. Place the other piece on top, be careful not to push it down or you will lose cool whip out of the sides. Repeat for 2nd full cracker.
Place in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight on a plate.
Also good with honey graham crackers and chocolate or strawberry cool whip.
