1/8 t each pepper, dried oregano, hot pepper sauce
2 c shredded cheddar cheese, sharp
1/3 c crushed saltines
Instructions
saute onion and garlic in oil til tender. Stir in artichokes.
Set aside.
In large bowl, whisk, eggs, parsley, salt pepper, oregano and
hot pepper sauce Stir in cheese and crumbs. Pour into 11 x
7 dish. Bake 325 uncovered 25-30 min til knife inserted
comes out clean. Cool before cutting into 1 inch squares.
Serve warm.
