ROLLS- Dissolve years in a large bowl with the
warm milk. Add the sugar, melted margarine, salt,
eggs, and flour. Mix well. Knead the dough into a
large ball using floured hands. Place into a bowl,
cover with a damn tea towel and let rise in a warm
place for 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled.
... Roll the dough out on a lightly floured
surface. Roll dough flat until about 21 inch long,
16 inch wide, 1/4 inch thick. Preheat oven to 200
degrees celcius.

FILLING- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a
bowl. Spread the softened margarine evenly over
the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar
evenly over the surface. Working carefully from
the top, roll the dough in the bottom edge. Cut
the rolled dough into 2 inch slices and place 6 at
a time evenly spaced in a lightly greased baking
pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown on
top.
