Give your Squid a Milk Bath
I learned this trick from the chef at a favorite restaurant of mine.
Soaking the squid in milk prior to frying will keep the squid tender.
In a bowl,combine the flour,panko,seasoned salt,paprika,and oregano
mix the egg into the squid
coat the squid with the flour mixture
Drop the squid into the olive oil and fry for about one minute or lightly browned. Reheat the oil in between batches of cooking.
serve with cut up lemon while squid still hot.

Butter Chili sauce-
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
Dash ground pepper
Dash garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
Combine the butter,hot sauce,ground pepper,garlic powder, and paprika in a small saucepan over low heat. heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended.
