Cream the butter and the sugar until light and
fluffy.
|

Add the eggs, one at a time, completing with the
orange zest.
|
|
|
Add the flour and mix well. The add the orange juice
(about 80 cc) and the milk.
|
|
|
Bake about 50 minutes in a medium heat oven.
If baking in cupcake pan, reduce baking time to 25
to 30 minutes.

Glaze with with classic powdered sugar and orange juice or dust with powdered sugar alone.
