Cook shrimp in large pot of rapidly boiling water until pink and cooked through- drain and rinse under cold water and drain again.
In large bowl, combine mayo, celery, onion, parsley, capers and mustard; mix well. Stir in shrimp, season to taste with salt and pepper. serve at room temperture or chilled
