1 box fusili whole wheat pasta
|

1 small onion
|
|
2 celery stalks
|
|
½ cup finely diced green, red, orange or yellow pepper

I also add, finely chopped cucumber, raddish and tomatoes.

1 - Salad dressing, I use Dill mixed with Ranch
|
|
or Catalina only, just use the type you like best.
|
|
You may need more than one bottle to ensure that all the pasta and veggies are covered.

Instructions |
|
|
Cook pasta in boiling salted water, rinse and drain well.
|
|
|
Let the pasta cool then add all your ingredients and mix well.
|
|
|
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
After a few hours in the fridge, stir the salad to mix all the flavours up.
