Heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute in onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add asparagus and saute until just tender. Remove from heat and cool.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, dill and cheeses. In separate bowl add Panko, paprika and butter.
Place asparagus in casserole. Pour egg mixture over asparagus and top with panko. Bake in oven until bread crumbs are brown, about 45 minutes.
