In a large bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugars,
baking powder, baking soda & salt. In another bowl
whisk together eggs, buttermilk, lemon zest &
melted butter. Add wet ingredients to the dry
ingredients, fold together with a spatula. Fold
until very few lumps remain. Pour batter into the
pan and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes or
until a skewer inserted into the centre, comes out
clean.
