1 package sausage (I used sage)-the recipe says cook sausage, but the 2x I have made it a lay it w/
2 onions chopped
1 1/2 C chedder cheese
1 C parmesan (I like the shaved in the refrigerator pasta section at Publix)
6 eggs (my crock pot takes 10-)
1/2 C whole milk (or more if using more eggs)
2 T flour
salt and pepper
Instructions
In a 4-5 quart crock pot (mine must be bigger), layer tater tots, sausage, onion, cheese. The recipe calls to do this 3x, but in my crock pot I can only get 2 layers.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, and flour and beat w/ a whisk until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over layer in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Make 6-8 (they must be big servings)
