Cook Ground Bison and skim fat. Add tomato sauce to meat. Spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce on bottom of 9x13in pan. Top w/ noodles.
Mix Ricotta Cheese, Egg Beaters, and 4 tsp of Parmesan cheese together. Layer Noodles, Ricotta mix, meat mix, Fat Free Mozarella and repeat.
Top last noodles w/ tomato sauce, mozarella cheese, and 2 tsp parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces.
