7 oz (about 1/2 of a 15-oz can) can black beans, drained

7 oz (about 1/2 of a 15-oz can) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

1/2 cup chopped onion
|
|
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend

2 whole-wheat flour tortillas
|

Instructions |

|
Coat a medium-sized saute pan with cooking spray. Heat to medium.
|

Toss in beans, tomatoes, vinegar and onion; sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Blend and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 or 3 minutes.

Spread tortillas flat on plate, divide filling between the two, and roll up.
