1 1/2 pounds ground turkey or beef
|

6 medium potatoes, cut up
|
|
1 can garlic mushroom soup
|
|
1/2 cup water
|
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
|
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
|
|
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
|
|
dried onions
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In skillet, lightly brown ground turkey or beef, drain well, add salt,
garlic powder, and pepper.
Set aside.
|
|
|
In greased slow cooker, add dried onions and browned meat.
Top with remaining potatoes and onions.
|
|
|
Combine soup and water, spread over top, being sure to moisten and cover
evenly.
|
|
|
Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
