3-4 lb. roast
|

2 cups pinto beans (soaked overnight)
|
|
1 can rotel with green chilis
|
|
1 can of cream of mushroom
|
|
salt and pepper
|
|
1 can of water
|
|
tortillas
|
|
hot sauce, shredded cheese, and sour cream
|

Instructions |
|
|
Put roast in crock pot, beans on top, rotel, soup, and water. Cook
on high for 6 hours. Stir well once cooked, all with mix together.
|

|
Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, hot sauce, and sour cream.
Burrito style!!!
