Wrap tofu in paper towel and microwave for 1 minute. When cool,
drain well by squeezing out excess water.
In large bowl mash and add ground meat, egg, ginger, shoyu and
salt. Mix until becomes sticky. Add carrot and green onion; mix.
Make bite size patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet pan. Cook on high 3-4 min per side
until golden brown.
Add teriyaki sauce
