1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup fresh, shucked, washed, drained oysters

Pepper

Parsley

Onion Powder
|
|
Garlic powder
|

|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Toss breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley,
onion powder and garlic powder in bowl
|
|
|
Put olive oil in bowl
|
|
|
Dip oyster in olive oil bowl, then coat in breaded
mixture. Place on oiled cookie sheet
|
|
|
Cook at 350 degrees for 15-18 min
|
