Make chocolate ganache by melting chocolate in a
double boiler,bain marie style(bowl over saucepan
filled with hot,boiling water).

|
Warm cream in a saucepan,then add to melting
chocolate.
|
|
|
Mix together until completely combined.
|
|
|
Beat until smooth and glossy.Remove from heat.
|
