2 TB Olive Oil

8 oz Mushrooms, finely chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic
|

1/4 c. chicken stock
|

1 TB Worcestershire Sauce
|

1 egg, beaten
|

1/2 c Italian Breadcrumbs
|
|
6 oz Parmesan Cheese
|

2 lbs. Ground Turkey
|
|
1 cup tomato sauce
|

Instructions |
|
|
Start the skillet- Mushrooms, oil, onions and
garlic. Saute for 5-6 minutes, until browned.
preheat the oven- 350 F
|

Add Chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce. Cook off
the stock, then turn off the heat. Allow to cool.
|
|
|
In a large bowl, combine egg, breadcrumbs,
mushrooms, and parmesan cheese.
-Don't over work, or it will be tough
|
|
|
Shape into a loaf.Pour tomato sauce over the top.
Bake 1 hour 10 minutes
|
