1 cup broccoli, blanched (abt 2 mins in boiling water)
3 water chestnuts, peeled and sliced (can use canned)
cornstarch slurry (1/2 cup water with cornstarch)
Instructions
Combine beef with 2 Tbl soy sauce, cornstarch, and rice vinegar. Let sit 1 hour
Heat the oil in the wok and cook the beef with the ginger and garlic for 2 mins. Add the oyster sauce, 2 Tbl soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and cook 1 min.
Add the broccoli and chestnuts. Bring all to a boil and thicken with cornstarch slurry.
