bunch of carrots, thinly sliced (or bag of baby carrots)
sugar, salt, pepper
Instructions
Saute onion in butter until slightly brown. You can add sugar to the onions to help them brown. Add carrots and a very little water. Cover and simmer until the carrots are tender. Remove cover to let water evaporate. Season with salt & pepper and stir often. Carrots will be glazed in the butter-sugar sauce.
