- Soak chickpeas over night.
- Toast coriander and cumin seeds and grind to a
powder with chilli powder and salt.
- pressure cook chickpeas till tender
- In food processor combine chickpeas, lemon juice,
oil, garlic, spice powder and walnuts.
- Puree till smooth
- Pour over olive oil and some chilli powder and
serve
