1 c. sugar

2 Tbsp. flour
|

2 ½ tsp. salt

2 eggs beaten

1 ¾ c. pineapple juice
|

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
|

1 (16 oz) pkg. Acini de Pepe
|
|
3 – 11oz cans mandarin oranges (drained)
|
|
2 – 20 oz cans pineapple chunks (drained)
|

|
1 – 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
|

1 ½ carton cool whip
|
|
1 c. mini marshmallows
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine sugar, flour, salt, and stir in pineapple juice and eggs.
|

Heat until thickened. Add lemon juice. Cool to room temperature.
|
|
|
Boil Acini de Pepe in water with 1 Tbsp. oil, cook until done, drain and run under cold water and drain again.
|
|
|
Refrigerate overnight. Then add all other ingredients, stir and serve.
