Cream ricotta cheese, sour cream, and splenda. Set aside.
Beat egg, heavy cream, & protein powder into smooth batter.
Lightly grease bottom of 10” fry pan with olive oil. Melt butter on low-medium heat.
Pour in batter and roll to cover bottom of pan. Watch batter solidify. Gently turn with spatula.
Cook until golden. Place on place. Spread cheese filling and roll crepe style.
