Cream shortening.
Add sugar slowly and cream until fluffy.
Add whole eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after each egg is added.

Stir vanilla into milk.
Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to batter.
Beat batter smooth after each is added.
|
|
|
Pour into two 9 inch greased pans.
Bake. Not sure about oven temp. Probably 350.
|
|
|
If you want a white cake, leave out the yellows Jut use egg whites.
This can also be baked in one long pan.
