In a large mixing bowl combine egg and the 1/4 cup milk, half and half. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and allspice or nutmeg. Add ground beef and ground pork. Mix well. Shape into 30 meatballs
In large skillet cook meatballs in hot butter, half at a time, over medium heat about 10 minutes ot till no pink remins, turning to brown evenly. Remove from skillet, reserving 2 tablespoon drippings. Drain on paper towel.
Stir flour, bouillon, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper into drippings. Gradually stir in the 2 cups milk, half and half. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. cook and stir for 1 minute more. Return the meatballs to skillet. Heat through. Serve with noodles.
