Pour boiling water over meat (which has been pre-cut into small strips). DO NOT let meat sit in water, just pour over
saute butter or margarine and onions in pan, but do not brown onions. Add meat to onion mixture and cover bottom of pan with water, if needed. Add spices and cook until soft.
Mix flour with a little water and pour over mixture. Add wine and lemon juice. Taste and allow veal to cook through. Before serving coat with egg yolk. Optional - Add white mushrooms
