Combine ricotta, mayonnaise and 1/2cp of mozzarella. Stir in parmesan, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and red pepper.

Sprinkle the remaining 1cp mozzarella on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve with wedges of Italian bread.
