Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine corn syrup, pecans, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, and 1 Tbsp butter. Spoon about 2 tsp mixture into each of 9 (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups.
Unroll crescent roll dough and pinch seams together to form one large rectangle. Combine remaining brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread dough with remaining butter and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.
Roll from short end in a jelly roll fashion. Cut into 9 equal slices. Place one slice into each prepared muffin cup.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately invert muffin pan onto a cookie sheet or tray. Cool.
