Cut four, four inch squares of heavy duty aluminum foil. Place 1 tsp oil and 1 tablespoon popcorn in the center of each foil piece. Bring foil corners together to make a pouch. Seal edges well, allowing room for expansion of popcorn during cooking. Use string to tie each pouch to a long stick. Hold pouch directly over hot coals and shake constantly until corn is popped. Season with butter and salt to taste.
