Combine wafers,oats, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add chunky peanut better and 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter. Whisk until well blended. Add peanut butter mixture to wafer mixture, stir until combined. Press firmly into 9x13 greased pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour melted semisweet chocolate over chilled mixture, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for 15 min.
Heat remaining 3 Tbl smooth peanut butter in a small saucepan until runny. Drizzle over chilled chocolate. Drizzle melted milk chocolate over peanut butter. Refrigerate another 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
