Heat water to a boiling point. Add flour and salt. Cook, stir vigorously, until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg.
Put in muffin tins, bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, reduce to 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Before serving, fill with whipped cream or pudding of your choice.
