2 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 green pepper
|

3 green onions
|

1 1/2 tsp jalapenos

1 can tomato soup
|

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions |

|
Preheat crockpot on low. In skillet, fry gound beef and onion until browned; drain; pour
into crockpot.

In blender, puree together green pepper, green onions, and jalapenos; add to crockpot.
|
|
|
Add both cans of soup and cook for 20 minutes on low. After 20 minutes, add Velveeta
and cook until cheese is completly melted.
