Preheat oven to 180șC. Line a shallow 30x20cm tin. Combine
flour, oats, sugar, coconut and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Make a well in the centre and pour in melted butter. Mix with
wooden spoon until all ingredients are moist.
Firmly press two thirds of the mixture into the prepared tin. Place
apple on top, smooth with a fork or spatula and sprinkle with the
extra cinnamon.
Crumble remaining mixture over apples, pressing down gently
with fingers. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired and bake for
30-35 mins until golden and base is crisp.
Cool and cut into squares or fingers.
