Combine dry rub ingredients in a small bowl. Rub the ribs with dry rub. Wrap in plastic wrap and let marinate in fridge for 8 hrs or overnight. Can make BBQ sauce ahead of time as well, see below.

Preheat to 275 degrees. Place ribs on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover tightly with foil and place in middle of rack of oven. Let roast for 3 hours.

Mix all ingredients for BBQ sauce in saucepan. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer. Let simmer 25 minutes on low, stirring occationally. Pre heat grill to medium heat.

Take ribs out of oven and place on grill. Cook 20 more minutes, turning and basting with sauce. Remove from grill and serve.
