Heat milk on stove. Then mix together 1/2 c milk, egg yolks, flour and cornstarch. Add to milk on stove and cook together until thickened. Then add coconut and flavorings. Pour into baked pie crust and top with meringue.
This pudding can be used for just vanilla pudding or butterscotch, only using brown sugar instead.
