curry powder, sugar, salt (amounts according to taste)
2 or 3 egg yolks
Instructions
Stir fry meat and onions. Add curry powder, sugar,
and salt to taste. Set aside and let cool.
Use hands to mix cream cheese, butter, and flour in
a large bowl.
Roll dough into 3.5 inch diameter dumpling skins.
Add about 1 tablespoon of meat to each skin and
seal. Sprinkle a little flour on trays. Line
dumplings on trays and lightly brush tops with egg yolks.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
