Chicken tenders, fresh, cut up into diced pieces about 2 lbs. Place into a large pan, salt and pepper liberally, add enough broth to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover, let cook,
In the stock pot put the rest of the broth, add some more garlic salt & pepper and sliced onion into it, bring to a boil, once the onion gets cooked, remove it. Add the corn cook for about 15 minutes (the chicken should be done by now)
Add the chicken pieces to the broth and corn.
Add filtered water to top off and cover, turn the heat to simmer add additional water as needed, stir, taste and add salt & pepper to taste.
