8 slices bread, toasted & cubed
|
|
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
|
|
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
|
|
12 large eggs
|
|
1/2 cup milk
|
|
salt & pepper to taste
|
|
1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Line a greased 9 x 13 pan with bread.
Place sausage and cheese on top of bread.
|
|
|
In bowl, mix eggs, milk and salt & pepper, pour over cheese/sausage/bread in pan.
Cover & refrigerate over night
|
|
|
In morning, preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In bowl, mix mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk together, pour over dish just before baking.
|
|
|
Bake 45-50 min until light on top.
